How It Works for Companies

  • Let us know what challenges or opportunities you’d like talent to address. We’ll work with you to refine ideas, set budget, and handle the matching process.

  • Host a highly skilled team (typically involving product, UX, and engineering talent) for the duration of the program. They’ll integrate into your team and work on impactful projects.

  • Provide mentorship and periodic feedback to help the student grow and maximize their contribution.

  • After the rotations, you’ll have the option to continue working with top performers who align with your company’s goals. We’ll provide additional legal support on immigration-related matters.
